Talon 1/4mi. passes at LMP 5/8/10 w/HD vid
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rkXLCeuQviA
To much work kept me from getting off early so we had a really late start heading to LMP. We finally got there at almost 9pm, got the car ready and in line just for someone to spill coolant down half the track. So an hour later, I talked to the guys at the starting line and got them to stay open an extra 30 minutes. I made 3 passes total with one tune adjustment(added fuel) after the 2nd pass. With more time I think the car would have gone a little quicker, but just didn't have the time. On the first pass, something didn't feel right while launching so I lifted just a bit and dumped all my boost and killed the 60'. The 2nd pass I gave it hell. The last pass the car had major clutch slippage due to the engagement height changing on its own and not holding(not sure as to the cause yet). I adjusted the rear shocks, lowered the tire pressure, and upped the boost since I ran the 1/8th and it hooked very well, but I think I need more boost out of the hole(launching on 6k 2-step/antilag at 15psi boost). Breakdown: 2.01 60' 7.84@99.69 11.77@125.31 1.57 60' 6.92@102.44 10.78@126.98 New best 1/8th and 1/4 1.78 60' 7.35@97.36 11.25@121.03
